which is
ep(lvl) = 3ep(lvl-1) - 3ep(lvl-2) + ep(lvl-3) + 20*lvl - 60
so for our level 20 it will be
ep(20) = 3ep(19) - 3ep(1 + ep(17) + 20*20 - 60
according to the experience table, which everyone uses and which seems to be right, it is
ep(20) = 3*80760 - 3*64090 + 50160 + 400 - 60
which is
ep(20) = 242280 - 192270 + 50160 + 340
which then is
ep(20) = 50010 + 50500
which in result is
ep(20) = 100510

exp = (5/6*level^4) - 5 * level^3 + 115/6*level^2 - 25*level + 10
